Pre/Post-Natal Fitness Consultation
*I am a certified pre and post natal fitness specialist through Fit for Birth. This is not the same as a pelvic floor PT. If you are postpartum, I would encourage a visit to a pelvic floor PT before we talk. My work is the fitness side - how your body feels with certain movements and how we can work through imbalances. Please do not count this as a substitute for a visit with a physical therapist. I will also only meet with newly postpartum people after they are 10 weeks postpartum - to meet sooner you need to be cleared by a pelvic floor PT.

Resources for active pregnant and postpartum people are slim - but they shouldn't be! With proper guidance, you can achieve a healthy and fit pregnancy that leads into a strong rebuild postpartum. Thinking about becoming pregnant in the near future? This is for you too! Let's make sure everything is functioning properly BEFORE you ask more of your body. It's never too soon OR too late to start this work. Let's setup a consultation (online or in person) to see where you're at/decide on a plan that will work for you and your goals.
You'll see options for a virtual or in person consultation. If you are local to Pittsburgh, PA and want to meet in person, choose that! If you're too far for that - choose the virtual option. We'll set up a time for a video call. Both the in person and virtual options are 30 minutes in length. Among other things, we will analyze several movement and breathing patterns in an effort to find weaknesses/movement patterns we will focus on if you become a regular client. I will send you a follow up email with details from your call or in person meeting. WITH BOTH OPTIONS: If you choose to continue with either virtual or in person training, you will receive a $20 off coupon to be put toward the package (4 + sessions) of your choosing or your first month of virtual training.
