Hi, I’m Amanda

I’m a personal trainer, running coach, mama to three, business owner and athlete. I can’t remember a time that running and fitness weren’t a part of my life. I started running with parents at a young age, she never really stopped, but it wasn’t until sometime in 2013 that she realized running and fitness could be an ACTUAL JOB for her. 

In 2013, I became an ACE certified personal trainer and Sports Performance Training specialist. Shortly after, I was certified as a run coach through USATF and RRCA. After giving birth to my first child, I realized how in need of support and resources that birthing people are and decided to become a certified pre and post-natal fitness specialist. I opened Long Run Fitness Studio in 2022 and am thrilled to be a part of the Pittsburgh fitness community.

I have the privilege of working with athletes of differing abilities both virtually and in person and I believe in the validity of whatever goals athletes are working towards and always look forward to helping them discover their true potential.
