1:1 virtual coaching

VIRTUAL RUN COACHING

-Initial consultation including discussion of past exercise experience, current goals, fitness assessment, etc. 
- Unlimited availability to text + email coach when questions arise
-A complete, fully customized training plan in VDOT02 app + feedback on workouts through the app.
-Updates to your training plan as needed (plans are made on a weekly basis).
-Regular communication through email or phone to discuss training + goals 

-Nutrition support + education + fueling strategies for training and race day provided (for a detailed nutrition plan, I will recommend a dietitian that I trust)

($150 / $199/month) 

**Price is $199/month for run coaching, $150/month for strength coaching (6 month commitment required)  - you will be billed on a recurring cycle until your term has been fulfilled.

Feeling like the online workouts you've been doing just aren't suited for YOU? I'm so glad you found me! These 30 minute virtual workouts will be tailored just for you. And you can participate from wherever you are! If you are already a client of mine, you can book a virtual workout any time you need to. NEW CLIENTS will need to meet with me (virtually) for a consultation. You can book that here! *if you sign on as a client after the consultation, the $25 consultation fee will be deducted from your first session. 

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: 

- After we chat about your exercise experience, current goals and I take you through a virtual fitness assessment, (new clients) I will tailor your workout(s) for you. 

-We will "meet" via FaceTime, Google Hangout, Zoom or whatever makes sense for you for a 30 minute workout that will truly transform your day! 
- If you become a weekly client, you can expect regular communication to discuss, assess and evaluate your training.

 

*Once you purchase a workout, I'll send you an email with more details + we will set a  day/time for your first workout!
